This project aimed to bring both partner and program countries to discuss gender in equality in every participant country, to learn from each-others’ experiences, to be more engaged in conflict resolution and increasing awareness of the problem in their communities.

Participants profile:
-aged 18-30 (4 participant+ 1 team leader), interested in the topic,
- able to communicate in English,
active in social life,
- motivated to organize follow up activities after the project,
-- available for the whole duration of the exchange,
encountering socio-economic problems (unemployment, low level of social inclusion, etc.).

The key objectives are to:
# present EU policy on Conflict Transformation,
# increase awareness of young people about conflicts and results,
# stimulate peace-building and social integration,
# motivate young people to be part of social life and active insociety,
# share and present conflict examples and experience of each country,
# stimulate non-formal learning and leadership skills,
# promote respect, solidarity and intercultural exchange,
# give information about Erasmus+ and motivate future cooperation among participant organizations.
